My wife says I should write about the unique perspective life in a wheelchair provides. I spend most of my time getting around our small place with a walker. I've got a nice one with brakes, a sit down cushion, trash/water carrier, phone holder, and cup holder. We use the wheelchair to go to doctor's appointments, etc. Our place is in the basement of a large house. On a good day I can make it up the flight of stairs using the Bannister and my cane. On a bad day my wife brings the scooter down to our back porch and I ride it up our sidewalk to the car. Then there's the transfer from the front porch or scooter to the car. Now adding photography to all this adds another whole layer. More about that tomorrow. For now, how about a little advertising:
